The patient will make an account and search for a doctor in an area of expertise in their country. Then, they will select a time slot based on the patient’s convenience and the doctor’s availability.
The patient will attach medical records and copies of necessary documents before the appointment is made. Finally, a payment will be made for the consultation fee and the patient and doctor will meet online through a video call during the booked time slot.
